Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- According to the recommendations of the Ethics Committee (Protocol No. 36 (46) dated November 30, 2023), the use of Russian or Soviet information sources is permitted only in exceptional and duly justified cases — when this is necessary to achieve the research objective, when no analogues exist in the relevant field of knowledge, or when such sources contain statistical data unavailable from other sources.
- When preparing scientific articles in English, authors and translators should follow the recommendations of the European Association of Science Editors (EASE). This applies primarily to the structure of the article, the preparation of the abstract, citation rules, and the formatting of the list of references.
- Articles submitted for consideration by the editorial board must be prepared using the template and comply with the requirements set out in the document. With regard to the formatting of the main text, these requirements are consistent with the general rules for preparing articles submitted for consideration for publication in the journal.
