THE ANALYSIS OF CLUSTER FORMATION PROJECTS IN RECREATIONAL SECTOR OF NIKOLAYEV REGION

The analysis of the existing recreational sphere of Mykolayiv region was made, both –on local level and at the state level. Previous experience of application clusters in Nikolayev region and other regions of Ukraine has been appreciated and considered, consequently, identified the main weaknesses and mistakes. Promotion measures of recreation clusters, which include the provision of the physical and spiritual recreation of the working population, and those who come to the region, have been shown. It allows to develop new lines of business, including in the new sectors of the economy, showing the advantages of its use in economics of Nikolayev region and in Ukraine in general at the stage of formation. The recommendations to address deficiencies, which were previously admitted, were provided, with the view to build a model of recreational clusters in perspective.
