Abstract

In the article provides a classification of methods for evaluating projects and personnel transport using quantitative approach and generalized approaches to the application of quality control in the management teams in projects of urban passenger transport to the consideration of criteria that describe a set of both professional and psychological and social characteristics of personnel transport. The possibility of using qualimetric valuation models similarity with the portrait of the ideal candidate for solving employee management teams in projects of urban passenger transport. A mathematical model for evaluating qualimetric professional level of personnel transport that allows a subset of the closest precedents to make the ordering of similarity portrait of the ideal candidate
