Entropy model for risk management implemented during the ship repair is proposed in this article. The greatest difficulty of ship repair projects is the one in compliance with the contractual terms, taking into account the fact that at the time of signing the con tract, amount of repair is not completely defined. The developed model will increase the probability of performance of the contractual terms at
the stage of negotiation of the contract.
