Abstract

Analysis for the existing experience of using quality function deployment methodology was performed in the article. The features of the methodology implementation in project activities are considered and the deployment tasks in its separate stages are formulated also. The basic methods and tools for quantitative assessment of quality function deployment results and decision-making for the project are defined.
