Abstract

In the research work was built the algorithm of distribution of specialists, which would ensure their full workload. Made the estimation of the most probable time of execution a unit of work on the project depending on the amount of involved resources. Considered the possible consequences of the influence of the customer on the priority of project’s works, proposed methods of management of identified risks.
