Abstract

The paper considers the question investigated the negative effects of the dynamic environment of information on programs in higher education. Highlighted features of the project and show their negative impact on the progress and results of the program information. The influence of environment on the dynamic characteristics of project and program information. Selected results of such actions. These definitions adverse effects on informational programs in higher education.
