THE FORMATION OF THE PROJECT TEAM FOR VERTICALLY INTEGRATED STRUCTURE OF THE AGROHOLDING

It is proposed to consider the process of developing a mathematical model and algorithm software, allowing to develop and implement methods of forming adaptive team members on the basis of competence for the implementation of the tasks. Reducing the efficiency of traditional systems of complex organizational structures with the constant strengthening of competition leads to the need for new approaches in this area. When writing articles examined the process of team building in various spheres of life. Powered classification project teams, with special attention paid to this type as project management team that takes the Triple position in the implementation of the project. Also brought a number of software products used for the planning and use of specialists involved in the project as its measured resource. For project teams, adaptive condition attached feasibility challenges several features that allow for adaptation to the team by changing the requirements or conditions of the project, that the possession of several professional competencies. It was suggested that a mathematical model and algorithmic software solve the problem and show the example of building an adaptive team.
