The paper deals with problems of estimation and decision-making systems, which are characterized by a large number of heterogeneous discrete features. The analysis of the main approaches to the modeling of multi-objects is done. A new method of diagnosis based on the theory of metric spaces of multisets is suggested. It allows to take into account in the model of semi-structured and conflicting data.
