Goal

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PUBLICATION

The purpose of the publication is to highlight current issues in the creation and application of information technologies in managing the development of companies, territories, and states, as well as in strategic management, and in portfolio, program, and project management.

The objectives of the publication include consideration of the following issues:

• development of methodologies for managing the development of complex systems;
• selection of the most appropriate methodologies for application to specific objects;
• mathematical modeling of processes and phenomena in managing the development of complex systems;
• application of mathematical methods of operations research, mathematical statistics, and forecasting to solve problems in strategic management, as well as in portfolio, program, and project management;
• creation and development of artificial intelligence for solving tasks related to managing the development of complex systems;
• experience in the application of information technologies in strategic management, as well as in portfolio, program, and project management across various sectors of the economy.
