The influence of organizational trust on the project results expressed by Key Performance Indicators and Key Success Factors of projects is considered. The key indicators for the evaluation of trust in project management are identified. A trust model of impact on the project success is proposed. The management of trust strategy to ensure the success of projects is defined.
