Abstract

The scheme to move the patient between the levels of care, after the reform of the health care system, the circuit has two input state of each of which is treated as a draft. A model of the life cycle of the treatment process, which is represented by a helical pattern. Presented Project Network hypothetical medical project provides an opportunity to see different paths of treatment predicted its effectiveness, as well as the time and cost to achieve it. The presented model can effectively manage the content of medical projects, make decisions in the process of determination of therapeutic projects.
