Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Articles submitted for consideration by the editorial board must be formatted according to the template and meet the requirements set forth in the document. Regarding the formatting of the main text, these requirements align with the general guidelines for preparing articles submitted for consideration for publication in the journal.
- In accordance with the recommendations of the Ethics Committee (Minutes No. 36 (46) dated November 30, 2023), the use of Russian or Soviet sources of information is permitted only in exceptional and duly justified cases—when it is necessary to achieve the research objective, in the absence of analogues in the relevant field of knowledge, or if such sources contain statistical data unavailable in other sources.
- When preparing scientific articles in English, authors and translators should follow the recommendations of the European Association of Scientific Editors (EASE). This primarily concerns the structure of the article, the preparation of the abstract, citation rules, and the formatting of the reference list.
- This submission has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to the editorial boards of other journals (or the necessary explanations are provided in the comments for the editor below).
